Focus – BP

Hello there,

This is more of a freestyle post where i don’t think as much. I would like to talk/rant you about focus on different things and how it is so goddamn hard nowadays.

With social media, people constantly look for the next things and have an attention span of a monkey. I have noticed this with myself, i can’t focus so much on social media or reading a book or doing anything in a matter of fact. And you probably are losing interest on this post or clicked away to watch tiktoks or youtube. If you’re still here reading this, i take my hat off for you. You are one in a million.

People are reading less and less books, blogs, articles and other material that requires some effort to reading the damn thing. But enough of my rambling.

There are just so many things going on in the world that distract you from daily life, work, chores or hobbies. The war going on in Ukraine, the energy crisis, global warming, social media bs and all other stuff. It is overwhelming sometimes when you look at just how much is going on. Every now and then it’s good to put your phone down and not look at the news and enjoy exercise, hobbies, relationships, reading or other things that you haven’t done in a while. It is also important to add these things to your daily routine to give more experiences to your days.

But these are all just recommendations and ideas from me. You can decide what you want your daily routines to consist of on your own. But with doing these good things (at least to me) and adding them to your life, i guarantee that you will feel better and care less about what the world or others think. Meditate, exercise, read, interact with people, spend time with your family, find new hobbies.
